October 1, 2011 ITP Awarded First Option Period for Office of Secure Transportation Program Office of Research and Analysis (PORA) ITP was awarded the first of four twelve month option periods for the OST Program Office of Research and Analysis (PORA – renamed in 2011 to the Research and Analysis Division).
