ITP Makes Presentation on Complex Transformation and the Future of the Nuclear Security Enterprise to Annual Meeting of the Southwest Chapter of the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management in Taos, N.M.
ITP Principal Partner, Jack Jekowski made a presentation on Complex Transformation and the Future of the Nuclear Security Enterprise to the annual meeting of the INMM SW Chapter in Taos, NM on May 21, 2009. The presentation was a follow-on to presentations made for the last three years; including one last year entitled “Complex Transformation, Creating the National Security Enterprise”.This year's presentation provided a brief reprise of the past presentations, and an update on the final status of the Complex Transformation process, resulting in the issuance of the Records of Decision last December. These efforts were also placed in the context of the current Administration's push to reduce, and eventually eliminate, nuclear weapons stockpiles. The Administration's policy was also examined in the context of growing threats worldwide and the actions of most Nuclear Weapons States and others to enhance their strategic capabilities.
