Service Level Agreements
ITP offers Service Level Agreements customized to client requirements.
These can be negotiated using agreements based on time and materials,
or on required support based on number of support hours expected per month.
In addition support can be tailored to provide response time needed on
client fault tolerance and availability requirements.
ITP, through its suppliers, can provide a complete line of hardware,
software, and network products to maintain, replace, upgrade, or reconfigure
virtually any IT requirements. In addition ITP has business relations
with other NM companies that can provide T-1 connectivity via both terrestrial
and satellite paths, telephone and PBX, VoOIP solutions, wireless, etc.
Our main distributors are Ingram Micro and Tech Data. These suppliers
provide access to over 1,000 manufacture with over 150,000 products. A
very small listing of manufactures that ITP uses are: HP, Epson, Toshiba,
NEC, Cisco, 3-COM, Microsoft, Symantec, etc.
