Consulting:
We provide technology Assessment, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
To include desktop and laptop computers, servers, routers, switches, premise
wiring infrastructure, network topology, MDF/IDF support equipment and
layout, security, and standards.
Assessments:
Our assessments are comprehensive enough for the development of customer-based
requirements to develop a firm snapshot of gaps in existing system infrastructure
that can direct resources towards modification, or design/redesign of
the network infrastructure.
Network Systems Integration and Design:
Integrate existing
network infrastructure into upgraded hardware and software to meet new
or modified requirements
Design, based on requirements, to
meet scalability, flexibility, security, fault tolerance, and network
availability. Design provides options based on cost to meet availability
and fault tolerance requirements.
Desktop/Laptop Support:
Preventive maintenance
on ITP installed systems including periodic maintenance of operating system,
and computer hardware and peripherals.
Corrective Maintenance to include
repair of all computer hardware problems, operating system problems, application
problems, installing new hardware or software, upgrading hardware or software,
etc.
Network, LAN/WAN Support:
Preventive Maintenance
includes LAN/WAN diagnostics such as
Load balancing
Traffic analysis
Systems analysis and support
Security analysis and policies
Virus protection, analysis and policies
Plant infrastructure, etc.
Corrective Maintenance includes
Replacement and reconfiguration of
defective network components (servers, routers, switches)
Defective plant infrastructure, etc.
