Mr. Greene is a founding Principal Partner of Innovative Technology Partnerships, LLC, a high-technology consulting group, and is the Business Development Manager and Facility Security Officer. Mr. Greene oversees the Training, Survey and Assessment business lines for ITP. Mr. Greene has over 30 years of experience in the DOE contractor community, including Sandia National Laboratories, EG&G Energy Measurements and AlliedSignal Federal Manufacturing & Technologies. He has worked with various safeguards and security organizations, including the Office of Secure Transportation, the Office of Safeguards and Security, the Office of Inspection and Evaluation and the Nonproliferation and National Security Institute (formerly the Central Training Academy).
Mr. Greene has over 20 years of experience supporting the Office of Secure Transportation (NA-15, OST) and its predecessor organizations. Mr. Greene’s expertise is in training, curriculum development and the use of multi-media and video technologies for training delivery, as well as assessments, surveys and evaluations.
Mr. Greene has managed a large 40 person training organization that won many national and international awards for the work done in the DOE contractor community. Mr. Greene is a Training Approval Program (TAP) certified instructor.
Mr. Greene managed EG&G Energy Measurements’, and subsequently AlliedSignal FM&T's training market segment, growing the business from $400,000 to over $7.8 million in less than three years. He has experience in the federal contractor business environment, including work for others, and interagency collaborations. His efforts led to several national and international awards for interactive multimedia designs associated with national security projects.
Mr. Greene was a founding member of the national board of the Interactive Distance Learning Group (IDL), a subsidiary of the National Center of Manufacturing
Sciences, and is active in several business associations. Mr. Greene has had extensive experience in the application of total quality business tools including self-directed work teams and customer excellence. He has also participated in the Department of Energy's Corporate Training Initiatives, providing strategies to save the federal government over $100 million per year in training costs.
