on Education

ITP Principal Partners have made numerous presentations on education in New Mexico, and work with these organizations and many others to raise the knowledge of the public in the complexities of our education system and its direct linkage to economic well being as well as national security. ITP also works to bring the tools of quality to the table in any discussion on improving the education system, using data, process mapping, testing of theories, benchmarking, and careful outcome measurement to ensure the intended effects of any change are achieved, and that unintended consequences are minimized. These efforts have been institutionalized through the work of the Governor’s Business Executives for Education (GBEEs) and their Baldrige-based program, Strengthening Quality in Schools (SQS).
